About Us

We are passion driven, with deeply held personal beliefs about the power and possibility of equitable systems for the liberation of all people.  We are also pragmatists - we measure our results and hold ourselves accountable.  Finally, we are organizational development practitioners and approach DEIA (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Access) engagements as systems change work, focusing on both the individuals with whom we work and the systems that they work within.
